Consumption has shown signs of improvement, with market liquidity concentrated in projects located in prime or conveniently connected areas to the city center.

According to Savills, Da Nang is leading the recovery of the tourism and resort sector, with sustainable growth driven by its strong connectivity infrastructure and the presence of international management units.

Recently, Da Nang has consistently been in the spotlight, making it to the top Asian destinations by the prestigious Condé Nast Traveler magazine, the “explosive” media effect from American billionaire Bill Gates’ visit, and attracting weddings of many super-rich Indian couples.

A representative from Da Nang City’s Department of Tourism stated that the presence of influential figures boosts the city’s confidence in pursuing high-quality tourism development.

A representative from VCRE, the unit bringing the branded real estate project managed by the renowned Nobu Hospitality to Da Nang, noted that many coastal cities worldwide have proven their position and importance in tourism and economic development, becoming national symbols. Several have achieved international stature, with Da Nang being a prime example.
