VCRE Opens Nobu Danang Sales Gallery

Nobu Danang Sales Gallery is open for visitors and experiences starting May 25th.

The Nobu Danang project is located on Vo Van Kiet Street, An Hai Dong Ward, Son Tra. This is the only boulevard that directly connects from Da Nang International Airport to My Khe Beach. The project is expected to become a new symbol of Da Nang.

The Sales Gallery is a welcoming place for customers to visit the model house and host mini-events related to the project. This location features a collection of 264 branded apartments known as Nobu Residences Danang, with a refined Japandi design that blends with local cultural materials.

According to a representative of Viet Capital Real Estate (VCRE), Sales Gallery spans over 400 square meters with two optimized experiential spaces designed in a minimalist and refined style. This allows customers to have a direct view of the iconic building of Da Nang’s seaside city.

The VCRE representative said they will provide an “authentic Nobu style” experience. The reception area includes a luxurious lounge equipped with high-end furniture. Customers will also visit a multimedia experience room with multi-touch projection technology, “I-Model” and “Mapping Model.” The 3D Simulator technology is also applied, creating vivid 3D images that allow customers to visually compare details and views from each apartment’s position.

The sales gallery also features a two-bedroom model apartment with a double balcony, offering panoramic views of Da Nang city and My Khe Beach.

On the same day, VCRE announced a series of lifestyle brand partners and media partners such as Beacon Asia Media & Bloomberg Businessweek Vietnam, Luxuo & L’Officiel, Mercedes-Benz An Du, Audi, DAFC, Clé de Peau, and Leman.
